Why does she think this is so....Well in a recent 2009 AFP Payments Fraud and Control Survey sponsored by J.P. Morgan, 71 percent of organizations experienced attempted or actual payments fraud in 2008. Further, 38 percent of organizations experienced increased fraud activity during the second half of 2008 as economic conditions worsened in the U.S.
